Rewindex is a file snapshot tool that runs entirely on your local machine. No files, snapshots, or personal data are transmitted to Rewindex.org servers.
Rewindex is proprietary software. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software under the plan you have activated (Free or Pro).

The Free plan is available at no cost with no time limit. No account or payment is required.
The Pro plan is priced at $4/month or $40/year. Subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
Pro license keys are issued per user and must not be shared or resold. Rewindex.org reserves the right to deactivate keys found to be shared or abused.
Rewindex does not collect or transmit your files or code. When you purchase a Pro license, your email address is collected by LemonSqueezy for payment and license management purposes and is accessible to Rewindex.org through the LemonSqueezy dashboard.
If you submit your email address to join the waitlist, that email is collected via Tally (tally.so) and accessible to Rewindex.org solely for the purpose of notifying you when Pro launches. It will not be shared with third parties. You may request removal at any time by contacting hello@rewindex.org
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Rewindex.org does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewindex.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Rewindex.org may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at rewindex.org/terms. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
